Terms and Conditions for VaultSight

1. What VaultSight is

VaultSight (vaultsight.io) is an independent analytics platform. We publish what depositors in on-chain vaults actually earned, measured from share price, against what those vaults advertised. Full methodology is published at /methodology.

2. Read-only and non-custodial

VaultSight never takes custody of, has access to, or exercises control over any user's funds, private keys, or wallet. We do not offer deposit, withdrawal, transaction, or routing functionality of any kind, and we never will. All figures we publish are derived by reading public on-chain data and archiving publicly published rate information; we do not act as a counterparty to any transaction.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing on VaultSight, including the capture ratio, vault rankings, or any other figure, constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to deposit into, withdraw from, or otherwise transact with any vault, protocol, or curator. VaultSight does not rate, endorse, or recommend any vault. All figures are factual and sourced measurements of past performance; past performance does not indicate future results. Consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

4. Accuracy and methodology disputes

We source every published figure and label its provenance. If you believe a figure we publish is inaccurate, contact us at support@vaultsight.io — we maintain a public right-of-reply and revision log on the methodology page.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Account tiers and their scope of access are described on the pricing page; access to Desk or Institution tier data is governed by a separate order form where applicable.

6. Independence

VaultSight is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vault protocol, curator, or aggregator we measure. See our independence disclosures on the methodology page.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.

8. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
